Hi Michael, I wanted to update you on the download of my purchased book to the iPhone. I finally called Apple Accessibility earlier today. For one thing, I wasn't signed into iTunes on the phone and I assumed I was. I signed in and out after that, but it didn't clear up getting the book onto the phone. The next step was to sync the phone with iTunes on the Mac. When I reached the book list to sync to the phone, the only way to check the checkbox was to turn on Quick Nav and press the up/down keys together. This did the trick and I clicked on the "applied" button. Finally, the task was completed. I'll store that tip with the Quick Nav up/down keys in a safe place if I run into a issue like this in the future.
Thanks again and take care. Best, Eileen Sent from my iPhone > On Aug 7, 2015, at 5:54 AM, Michael Feir <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hello Eileen.
