Hello Shai, I did hear on the last Today in iOS Podcast that apparently a few people reported iMessage issues after the latest iOS update. Rob didn't say what they were, but you might want to try and to a Reset Network Settings which is in Settings, General, Reset. This will reboot your phone, but remember that you will have to sign in to your WiFi again afterwards and if you have changed the default name of your iPhone in Settings, General, About then you have to change it again as this type of Reset will change it back to the default name. Reset Network Settings does, however, often fix various issues and it is one of the steps Rob from the Today in iOS Podcast recommends before doing an update since it can also help in avoiding potential upgrade issues.
