Thanks again, Paul. Interesting about calling Apple accessibility. I tried that when I was having an issue with A book that I bought from iBooks, which was not readable with voiceover. Regarding my issue getting a refund, they told me to deal with it through iTunes. But they did agree to pass along the accessibility problem. So, I figured that since this is not a voiceover issue, it probably would be outside the purview of the accessibility folks. But I may try calling them and see what happens. Mary
