Hi,

It's a strange issue for sure. Unfortunately, for things like this,
it's just a case of changing things one by one until the problem is
solved. To this end, I would advise:

Connecting the Apple TV to your network using an Ethernet cable.
Reinstalling the OS using iTunes.
