Hi,
Sounds like you came across, and almost fell into, a scam. The number is fake, 
and belongs to someone doing no good. The website  you accidentally went to is 
also more than likely fake.
To fix this, go to Settings/Safari, and under the General heading, click the 
button that says, “Clear History and website Data.” This will delete the 
browser cache and cookies, and maybe some other things I may have missed.
This will fix it, and when you open Safari again, it will work normally.
It is highly unlikely you have a virus on your phone, I think it 
> may be a good idea to block that number, however to be on the safe side.
