todd,

sigh, there is nothing I can do about it as it is all set up and we have to
live with this. let this go. I don’t care.

if I use iphone, I can read grade two if I read books, no problems. and if I
use online bank, I use nemeth, no problem. but it says 2016, then that is it.
we an’t stop them.

look a t public schools for parents to choose. when they send deaf kids to
public schools not to schools for deaf, the parents sign papers for all
interpreters to use see (signed exact english) not asl as they want kids to use
see to use proper english comprehsion for writing. I understand this.

same idea for public schools, many teachers don’t know braille, they use speech
output for blind kids to use computer, the teachers listen what blind read. if
blind choose grade two, techers can’t understand codes, then teachers would
prefer ueb same with parents and tehers use see. hope this helps you.

Not sure if it was the network but switching on the smart beetle first did the
trick.

I'm not sure whether it's the network. One more trick I thought I'd mention
is: try to switch on SmartBeetle first, and unlock your iphone /ipad second. I
sometimes have to do this sequence twice.

Good luck. I hope things will get smoother once Apple releases the driver.

I thought the emulation was automatic. Made those changes and the display
shows up a "BrailleSence(b)" when I see it on my laptop. Going to general,
accessibility, voiceover, chose a braille display still just sits there
searching. I wonder if it's an issue with network conjestion at work, I see
over 10 bluetooth devices and I know we have a lot of wifi networks as well.
