My sense with the apple accessibility tech support is it all depends on who you are talking with. Some people seem to know a lot more about certain things than others. I'm guessing that some of them are on the team that keeps track of accessibility, but I bet they all are not. And it has been my experience, that they don't seem to pool their resources very well. That's why on a certain day I can get someone who knows not one thing about a particular problem, and the next day, I can get someone who seems like the world's expert on the topic. So, I think it is safe to say that the picture will not likely be fully known until people play with this.
