No, usually voicemail systems like that only require you to type te number 
corresponding to the letter, it doesn't matter that a particular number also 
corresponds to other letters. So, if I were to typ Chris, I would simply touch 
2 for c, 4 for h, 7 for r and again 7 for the s, so, 2477.
