This has happened to me before with different apps, not too often though. The only thing that might work is to delete the app, then download it again. Now that I’m writing this, I remember doing it because I can remember having to download the voices again. Nothing went wrong. I didn’t have to pay again for anything, and it worked after that.

You can then relaunch it from your home screen.
