Jonathan thanks for the bug report. I can confirm point 4. It is very frustrating when I am trying to make a call and it always goes to the top of my contact list. I have not tried using ear buds. I will say though that I haven't had any problems using a Bluetooth ear piece. I am able to answer calls just fine. In general the new software is much better than version 8.
