The external bluetooth keyboard bug was known and Jonathan pointed it out in his list of bugs which he posted yesterday once iOS 9 was publically available and which I also reposted since I hadn't seen Jonathan's post at the time. Nothing much you can do about it except wait for the fix.

So far, everything is going well with iOS 9 on my iPhone 6+. Things appear snappier and stable, except for a couple things. When I hear that I am on an Edit field, have QuickNav off and do VO+Space as usual, I hear the boundary sound effect when I try to type. I swipe down as usual, double-tap Today, find and double-tap Edit, and Battery is not in the list of things I can add or remove from the daily summary. Anyone else tried this feature?
