How does one get invited to join the list? A lady on another list that I am
on says that when she went to google to subscribe and she received a message
stating she had to be invited.

Hello all. You might want to save this for future reference. Since this
topic has come up recently I thought I'd give information on getting
help with this list when it comes to managing your subscription via
email instead of the web site.
This is mainly aimed at those who don't have Google accounts and don't
want to sign up with Google just to participate on the list. To get the
help commands and email addresses for list subscription management, send
an email to [email protected] and you will get an auto-reply
message. Note the Plus sign between viphone and help. The below is what
you will get back.
