Ok, Kimber, the transferring problem has been taken care off; now I got the following dialog box:
"iTunes There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone “iPhone”. The network connection was reset. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later. OK." What can I do about this one, please? I have WiFi and I'm connected wirelessly through a modem. Thanks!
