I guess I just never noticed it before. I had never gone into the individual 
voices and tried adjusting them. I always had to adjust the foreign-language 
voices to be slower than the English ones. And I just assumed that this was 
because I can't do Russian as fast as I can English. Smile. And it never 
occurred to me, since the rate was always the same or set it was the same, but 
you could get individual differences if you went into the speech setting.
