Yes, you'll have VoiceOver and virtual keyboards throughout the process.

If the person who set up your internet for you was sighted then I suspect they turned VoiceOver off because when it's on, gestures such as typing, work differently. I always turn VoiceOver off when I hand my phone to my wife or someone sighted.

You may think that question strange, but the lady who set up the

Oh, I have a notebook with all of my settings brailled that are in my
ISP set-up.  I also have all my addresses in there, as well as passwords.

I call it my Internet book.

Before I follow any instructions, I braille them numbering each step.
If the instructions work, they go into my computer book.

If what Joe stated doesn't work, you may need to reset the
network settings.. This is found in the settings menu on the phone. Go
to general and at the bottom will be a reset button. You can get to the
bottom of this menu by performing a 4 finger single tap just above the
home button. Open this with a single finger double tap and flick from
left to right until you hear "reset network settings." Perform a single
finger double tap and it will give you a confirmation if you want to
reset. Press yes. You will need your user name and password to re-enter
the information when you open the mail app and create the account again.
