Yes these voices are indeed made by Nuance. The names of the new Siri voices for English are Nicky and Aaron, US English, Gordon and Catherine, Australian English, and Martha and Arthur for British English. I don't think they made new voices for other languages so whatever foreign voice you have for Voiceover will be your Siri voice as well.
