Since we are not accessible with NLS by ourselves due to restriction on Nationality, we are not familiar with BARD app, but, we assume BARD app do not have function to let other app use their downloaded files. So, you have to download same file again for Voice Braille Reader by Safari on iOS or iTunes on your Mac or PC. I hope this would help you understand better of Voice Braille Reader.
