I don't see a way to enter a number on the block calls screens in the phone settings. But here is how to do it if you received a call from the number you want to block. Go to Recents and find the number in the list of recent calls. Swipe right to "More Information". Double tap on "More Information". Go toward the bottom of the screen (or keep swiping right) until you reach "Block Calls". Double tap on "Block Calls". I did not go any further to actually block a number. But I expect you probably have to confirm that you really want to block the number.
