Hi,
You might try this. Select the Contacts tab in the phone app then double
tap on Add. Create a contact using the phone number you want to block and
add it to your contact list. Open the new entry from the Contacts tab and
swipe down until you hear Block this Caller and double tap it.

thanks, I know how to block them once they called but there is someone I
