How did you look for it, maybe it ended up in some folder. Easiest way to find it is to use Spotlight search and look for "Facetime". If you have handwriting in your rotor, you can also turn the rotor to handwriting when you are on the home screen and write an "F", Facetime should be there as one of the apps.
