Hi all,
I'll likely be trading in my iPhone 5 *and* iPhone 4 tomorrow for the 6S Plus.
As part of that, I need to erase them and remove them from Find my iPhone, so
they don't appear and Activation Lock can be disabled. The 5 is fine, it's the
4 that's the problem.

I don't know what passcode I might have used, as all my usual ones are failing
to unlock it. I know I set one, because VoiceOver is on and my normal settings
(speech rate, etc) are present. I went to Find my iPhone on iCloud.com, but the
4 isn't in the list of devices, which is really strange. Thus, I can't remotely
erase it, and I can't unlock it to erase it locally. How do I (A) confirm that
this phone is *not* on my iCloud account still, and (B) erase all content in
preparation for trading it in? Thanks for any help, and sorry if you get this
twice; I'll be posting it to another list.
