Does anyone know why the Windows iTunes won’t see any of my music or apps on my iPhone when I connect my iPhone to my Lenovo laptop running Windows 7? I thought that maybe I had to select my iPhone from Devices, but I can’t even find the Devices item.
I thought I might try using the iCloud feature on my iPhone, but I guess I cannot upload files to the cloud directly from my iPhone. I just want some kind of back up of my apps and music in case something were to ever happen to my iPhone Thanks for any help.
