Hello Christina. I'm totally blind and I'm watching a live broadcast on Periscope right now. The key is to follow the person who is doing the broadcast on twitter and also in periscope. Once you follow the person, you get a tweet when the broadcast starts. Just open the app and you'll find the broadcast. Paul
