Mary, I’m not positive if we are discussing the same type of iTunes backup. I am suggesting that you backup your voice Dream Reader library through file sharing via iTunes. Are you saying that you already took the file of your Voice Dream library directly off of your phone and put the file in a folder or the desktop of your computer, then uninstalled voice Dream Reader from your phone, reinstalled voice Dream Reader, and finally added the file saved on your computer back into voice Dream Reader via file sharing in iTunes?
