I have not had problems with the actual file, per se, but I have had problems actually getting it onto the computer. It just won't sync. It's very frustrating, as I know I'm doing things correctly, given that I've backed up other files from the iPhone using iTunes file sharing. Has anybody contacted Winston about this? I believe I did, but I never got a response. Either that or my email is in the drafts folder and was never sent. Personally, I'd like the ability to back up the library to dropbox.
