Hi Joseph. Can you give me more details, please? She's probably done an iCloud 
backup recently; is that what she would restore from? Also, when the restore is 
done as a new phone, do you then have to reinstall all of the apps, reorganize 
them into folders, et cetera? If so, that's a hell of a lot of work. As someone 
who would be expected to do all this for her, I want to know everything that's 
involved here, in excruciating detail. I suppose we could go to an Apple store 
and yell help, but we don't have Apple Care on either of our phones.
