OK. Where is the sensor which is supposed to trigger the switch from ear piece to speaker? Interestingly, right after I sent my message which started this thread, I made a phone call using Siri. I asked to call a grocery store, and Siri said calling grocery store ex ex, on speaker. Interesting, as I had not specified if I wanted speaker or not. I wonder why that happened.
