First, this app seems to only be available in the UK. 
Second, if a blind person is wanting to take a picture of a friend or relative, 
and they wanted external confirmation that the person was actually smiling when 
they took the picture, that could be one, granted very limited, use for this 
app.
Anyone who might be randomly taking pictures of strangers has other issues to 
deal with than blin
blindness.
