Hello! You asked for instructions how to check into venues on foursquare. ON foursquare, the places to check in are called venues. So lets tell you are at mc donalds. 1. Open foursquare. 2. find the check in button in the top right corner of the screen and double tap it. 3. now it should locate you and show a list of venues near you. If there is the mc donalds double tap it. Voice over will tell you for each item how far it is and how many people have checked in there at the moment. If theres no venue you want to check in, try searching for it with the search field ni the top part of the screen. I'll write about creating one later. 4. Double tap the name of the venue. Another screen appears, with options to post you check in to twittter, facebook, upload a photo with your check in or make a shout. A shout is a little text you can include with your check in. 5. double tap the check in button at the top right corner of the screen. 6. You're done! That screen shows you the points you've earned, and some additional information about your check in. (probably some badges or mayorships.) So what if you want to create your own foursquare venue, e.g your home. 1. Double tap the check in button at the top right corner of the screen. 2. Double tap the search field and write the name of the venue you want to create in it. It should find some results. If none of them are correct, double dap "add venue" button. Now a screen with multiple fields appear. Fill them in. If you're creating a home venue, set the category for home/private, then your home's location wouldn't be shown on check ins. If you want, you can enter the exact address, if you don't feel free to leave those fields empty. Now tap the save button, and you've been taken to the screen where you can check in the venue.
