Richard, I've copied the text of five separate emails into a Word document and I want to mark the first line of each email so that when I open the file in Writer or wherever, putting the rotor on headings and doing a single finger swipe up and down will jump to the first line of each message.
Anna had said I could place a number sign at the beginning of the first line of each of these messages and Writer would treat each of those lines as a level 1 heading. Two number signs would mark the line as a level 2 heading and so forth. I just want to ensure that I mark the number sign correctly and save the file so that when I open it with Writer or Dropbox or whatever, that the rotor headings function does what I want. Thanks for your help.
