Hi folks. My girlfriend/fiancee, who also uses an iPhone 6 with VoiceOver, complained that when she uses her phone with a pair of Beats Studio Wireless bluetooth headphones, call audio is always routed to the iPhone speaker. At the time I didn't know about Call Audio Routing, which is found under Settings > General > Accessibility. So I searched high and low and finally set up an appointment at the Genius bar. The Apple rep couldn't figure it out, and he exchanged her phone for a new one. Well anyhow, the new phone had the same problem, and my partner at work told me about Call Audio Routing, which we set to Bluetooth headphones. When was this feature introduced, and why was it placed under Accessibility? I suspect that had that setting been placed elsewhere, the Apple guy would have known about it and we could have been out of the Genius Bar within minutes.
