Hi Alan,

I guess your memory must be failing because you can't ask SIRI to turn on
Voiceover that early on in the setup process, during the setup you have to
enable SIRI and it won't work until after you completed the initial setup. You
probably turned on Voiceover with a triple press of the home key which normally
works, when I received my new iPhone 6S which, for the first time since I
started using iPhones was bought on contract from my carrier, a triple press of
the home key for some reason did nothing and I had to ask one of my employees
to navigate through the setup screens for me.

Regards,
Sieghard

I think I remember something about asking Siri to turn voice over on and that
set the default to English United States and of course, that's where I was and
I remember thinking now that's slick. At 67 years old my memory ain't what it
once was but that's the way I remember it or at least I think that's how it
went down.
