OK, my last comment on this application. I found a review on cNet from a user from July of this year.
| Version: iMazing 1.2.1 Pros i could find nothing about the software that was a positive. i removed it and bought another solution Cons After i loaded the product I could not get the files to transfer. I contacted the help desk on 5 different because they would suggest something that didn't work After my 3rd email I asked for a phone number,so I could talk with a human to solve the problem. They did not provide me with a number. They told me in an email they had an update,they were releasing the next day that would resolve the issue. It did not resolve the issue. The help desk was extremely slow in responding. Since I was getting a solution I decided to post to their Facebook page. They responded then, they did refund the cost of the software. They told me they took my comment down because it wasn't accurate. Summary The product didn't work and they didn't support the product to make it work. Their support was weak at best. My feedback this is not a solution keep looking.Their service and product are pathetic I am going to try to contact the reviewer and find out what the other solution was they bought.
