Hi Brian, your issue 2 has been fixed, at least for me. With iOS 9.0x, Tweetings was a dreadful experience, now it's back to the way it was, where you can tap the centre of the screen and return to your place. There are a bunch of welcome fixes including, most importantly for me, being able to answer calls reliably again. Bluetooth keyboard support is also improved.
