Hi Jed, I think you posted this before and I replied that you should try to go to Settings > General > Reset and then choose to Reset Network Settings. While your phone resets and reboots, also unplug your router or, if you have a modem and router, unplug both. Wait for a bit, maybe 30 seconds or a minute at most, then plug your router back in and let it boot up. If you have a modem and router separately, first boot your modem, wait a minute or two, then plug your router back in and let it boot up. Many routers can take a good 3 minutes to boot. Once all of that is done, go back into Settings on your iPhone, go to WiFi and reconnect to your WiFi. Now try your update again, I am almost sure that this will fix the problem.
