Hi,

I completely forgot about boxcar, it is an option. I just took a look at push4 
and so far I only see the ability to receive notifications for keywords. Maybe 
it would work if you placed the twitter handle of the person in the field, but 
I don't know.

  Boxcar, which has proven to be unstable of late, has a service that will push 
tweets from selected users without you needing to be on Twitter yourself. I 
believe Push 4.0, which is far more stable, has this too but could be 
remembering incorrectly.
