I really have no idea, Apple in fact doesn't call the SIRI voices anything except SIRI Male and SIRI Female. If you go to Voiceover Settings > Speech and tap on Default dialect, the US English voice is referred to as "Samantha Default" and "Samantha Enhanced" and then there is, of course, Alex.
