I cannot recall if this actually announces when you are at a stop or just says where they are -- Hamilton and Main for instance.
BusTracker. When you are on the bus it does announce the stops as you go. I have only used it a few times and not lately. I also am in Columbus, and this might be a COTA product. I am sure it will have complete information in the App Store.
