Well, I useDue it is a reminder and alarm app it is just wonderful and complete accessible. Will give link to it below. Now for carrying your iPhone with you at all times don't exactly know what you are talking about? Jut put it in your pocket and bring it alone. They do I think make a case with a strap to it to hook around your wrist. They also make straps for the iPhone as well.
