Tweetings was my go to Twitter app after it was apparent TweetList4 was abandoned. More and more however, I have found myself going back to Twitterrific. There were some scrolling bugs that I didn't care for, but have since been fixed in Twitterrific and it's gotten better at maintaining one's place. While I do like Tweetings a lot, there is way too much app crashing and hanging with VO that haven't really gotten better with updates. Also, I have noticed that with Tweetings, entire chunks of tweets will simply not show. If I don't check into it for a while and refresh the main home list, my tweets can jump from say three hours to one hour ago, etc. Twittterrific doesn’t' do this. Twitterrific also has the URL shortening which is very helpful to cut down on Voiceover chatter. That said, I do prefer Tweetings' way of reading out retweets and quoted tweets. The official Twitter app was fairly decent for a short bit, but it's been forever since I really tried to use it as accessibility didn't get better and in fact, got worse.
