I just downloaded the latest version 2.5 of the Zedge app and find it is accessible for sampling the large volume of free ringtones provided by that site. The previous version had an inaccessible play button for sampling the ringtones.
I expect you still must use iTunes to get any of the Zedge ringtones transferred to your devise but this app makes it very easy to sample the ringtones in order to pick out your favorites.
