Anything that still works is relevant. They still work and are still supported. I tire of this throw away age where $500-700 can be discarded as finished in under two years. I still use my 5S, and the 4S even more. I haven't updated 4S mind.
I'd happily accept a free gift like that without having to ask if it was worth it. But no one ever offered, or offers.
