No, you can’t downgrade to a previous version as far as I know.

I have noticed that in some apps there is a very serious focus bug. For example, in the AppsGoneFree app it is impossible to swipe right to move through the days apps. As I swipe right I hear the first ap and then the focus jumps to the status line at the top of the screen. I have found that I actually have to page through the apps now instead of swiping. This is not always certain to work either. I have seen very severe focus issues in other apps I have too. I have also seen in some apps that the effort to double tap on some buttons and the like are useless. Nothing happens which is causing me a great deal of frustration and loss of function.
