Have you tried clearing the ram, with the suggestion posted earlier today? If you have not, give it a try and see if things improve. In case you didn't read the earlier post, get to one of your home screens, then hold in the power button until it says power off. Instead of tapping the power off button on the screen, hold down the home button for a few seconds, until your phone comes back on.
