I also have had this service for two years now and I like to keep my options open, smile! My mailbox is a half mile round trip with no sidewalks and I like to know if something is in the parcel drop before I get out there. Especially with Florida storms every day during the spring and summer.

The latest instance was after iOS 9.2 came out even though I'm still running iOS 8.3. I've found uninstalling and reinstalling the Shiprack app fixes this problem for me in past occurrences.
