I also have had this service for two years now and I like to keep my options 
open, smile! My mailbox is a half mile round trip with no sidewalks and I like 
to know if something is in the parcel drop before I get out there. Especially 
with Florida storms every day during the spring and summer.

Like Robin, I too like options so I got the Parcel app today and am impressed 
with it. I will say that it's premium service is $1.99 per year instead of $.99 
a year as originally reported. I still think this is a fair price and I'm 
willing to pay for well-designed accessible Apps to keep them around. I like 
having the web access of the Parcel premium service.

I agree it’s working by me too.  I use the Facebook log in with it and do note 
that sometimes after Facebook updates its app you have to fuss with a few times 
before it’ll sign in and sync again but usually a reboot of the phone solves

to be responsive. When last we dialoged he was working on a major update to the 
app including the removal of needing to log in with either google or facebook. 
Perhaps he held the update back so as to circumvent any problems brought on by

viewed as an app languishing on the vine as it were perhaps it’ll remain alive 
and useful.

I also use parcel app and find that it and its web interface works well too. As 
many who know me will tell you I like options when it comes to technology or 
apps so that if one goes down you’ve another. both apps work well and are 
worthy of supporting.

Bummer. I guess there is a problem with Shiprack and iOS 9 along with the other 
issues mentioned about lack of updates, etc. I think I'll give Parcel a try too

I seem to have a similar problem with Shiprack doing the behavior you described 
although I'm not sure exactly what triggers it. The latest instance was after 
iOS 9.2 came out even though I'm still running iOS 8.3. I've found uninstalling 
and reinstalling the Shiprack app fixes this problem for me in past 
occurrences.
