My suggestion is to write the developer with any issues you are having. On the 
home screen of the Dice World app, double tap where it says Help And Tutorials. 
In the picker item, flick up until you hear contact us. Then flick once and 
double tap on select. This developer is very good at responding to problems. He 
won't know that people are having issues like this if it isn't brought to his 
attention.
