There are instructions on how to play Yatzy right in the game. On the main screen of Dice World, go to Help and Tutorials. In the picker, choose Yatzy, then flick once and double tap on Select. All the instructions for playing the game are right there.

My suggestion is to write the developer with any issues you are having. On the home screen of the Dice World app, double tap where it says Help And Tutorials.
