The Outlook mail client is very nice, but it still has one major drawback for Voiceover users and that is that you can’t really edit anything you type since when you compose a new message or reply to one anything you type you can’t review with voiceover. Is there a particular reason why you prefer Outlook over the native mail app? There are no sounds in Outlook when sending or receiving email. Does anyone know how to fix this? I turn notifications off because I did not want outlook to continuously fetch my email. Is there anyway to fix this so that email will not continuously fetch mail but I can still get the sounds if I turn notification back on? If it won't work with tote turning notifications back on is there anyway to get the sound to work in Outlook?
