Hi Alan, I have found a headset at Amazon, that can connect to both my Apple Watch and my iPhone 6 simultaneously. It's only about $25, and works really really well. It has a very large battery, so it will work the entire day. It's only drawback, is that microphone seems a little week. But when you dictate onto this Apple Watch, the Apple Watch is microphone is the default. So 90% of the time it's not an issue.
