Hi Sandy,
Oh yes. I have tons of cookbooks especially in voice dream reader, but also in 
iBooks, where I used to be able to count on a very nice accessible experience. 
Some even have links which can be clicked and take you right to the recipe. 
Those are the kind where the publisher of the e-book actually thought about the 
user who was an e-book user rather than a page flipper. Smile. Not familiar 
with the device you mentioned at the end of your message.
